PT Cirebon Electric Power (CEP) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang operasional dan pemeliharaan (Operation & Maintanence Company / O&M Company). Didirikan pada 2010, CEP mengatur sistem operasional dan pemeliharaan unit pertama Cirebon Power yang berkapasitas 1×660 MW. Didukung lebih dari 200 personel, CEP bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan efektivitas pembiayaan dan operasional yang ramah lingkungan.

Posisi yang Diperlukan

ISO Admin

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist Management Representatives in carrying out ISO document control system.
• Assist in new documents creation or revisions for then coordinating and confirming to the user.
• Ensure documents are legalized before distribution, socialized and distributed to interested departments.
• Assist in the implementation of internal and external audits and controlling the follow-up.
• Make changes to documents if needed in coordination with Management Representative.
• Filing the document in the system and ensure filling is proper, accurate, up to date, easy to trace and protected from damage.
• Withdraw or destroy expired documents to ensure that the documents used are always updated.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Diploma degree from any major.
• Have at least 1 year experience and exposure in ISO Certification and document control system.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Good communication skill and team working.
• Proficient at operating MS Office programs, MS Visio and Internet system.
• Will work in Head Office (South Jakarta area).
• Project based under Third Party Contract.

Konsorsium inilah yang berada di balik Pembangkit Listrik Unit 1 1×660 MW di Kanci, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
