Job description:

• Write clear, concise user-interface text that turns complicated concepts to easy-to-understand language.
• Act as a subject matter expert (a company “go to”) for user experience writing.
• Develop and maintain editorial style guides, tone of voice principles to ensure a cohesive voice across all products.
• Collaborating with Product & Marketing team in the making of a smooth and communicative product that caters to users’ needs and achieves business goals.
• Apply UX content best practices to create the right voice and tone to engage users and drive action.

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Literature, Marketing, and related fields.
• At least 1 year of working experienced in UX writer or similar role.
• Strong communication skill and high attention to detail.
• Having experience in Indonesian’s Edutech/Digital products targetting teenager & parents is a plus (contextual portfolio or samples required).
