Job description:

• Plan, design, and conduct user/product research projects using various qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
• You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure that your research will have an impact on users, business goals, and the organization.
• As a UX Researcher, you will advocate curiosity and empathy towards users across the organization. Additionally, you must adapt and innovate research methodologies, and share them with the team to help enrich the team’s skills and expertise.

• Having a curiosity to empathize with users and a passion for improving people’s lives is a must. Additionally, candidates with a high initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn are welcomed to apply.
• Should have at least 2 years of proven experience in conducting qualitative (field study, in-depth interview, qualitative usability testing, etc.) as well as quantitative research (survey, analytics analysis, etc.), and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Has excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate must also have the ability to see the big picture while working on the details and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Don’t forget to share your research portfolio from your previous projects. * It’s required to have professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, and being fluent in English is a plus.
