Job description:

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process of engineering, product & data roles: from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing
• Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidates for various vacancies (passive hiring).
• Maintain recruitment report on ATS as well as the manual tracking
• Manage good relationship with hiring managers and understand the needs to provide best talents
• Manage good relationship with candidates and create excellent candidates journey.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in handling end to end Tech Recruitment (Product, Data, Engineering)
• Experience working in a startup/fast pace industries, is preffered.
• Have mix experience between agency and inhouse recruiter, is a plus
• Good communication skills, & Proficiency in English
• Team player with good organization skills
• Energetic, self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced,culturally diverse and evollving environment
