• Responsible to define strategy and roadmap for the product that we are developing
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and streamlining business requirements and success metrics for the product development
• Leading initiatives to scale up the current product with proper documentation and proposal
• Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insight and experimentation to make a decision development
• Support Head of Product to configure and applying new concept and best practices to improve the performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Have at least 3-5 years experience in product management
• Strong knowledge of analytics
• Initiator and self starter and possess good communication skills
• Have a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work a fun yet responsible environment
• A Team player and Detail oriented person
• Critical thinker
