Job description: Job scope:

● Responsible for managing price controller team and provide the overall strategic and tactical guidance to underpin business growth

● Implementing data-driven pricing generation that takes into account some variables including, but not limited to market price, harvest period, supply constraint, channel relevance, etc

● Collaborate with category manager to achieve top line growth by appropriate pricing point

● Orchestrate healthy margin (bottom line) at category, channel and company level

● Ensure ongoing discussion about a thorough analytical breakdown of pricing components and competitor analysis at necessary level of granularity in order to tailor actionable plan

● Communicating the financial impact of pricing strategy to stakeholders

● Lead improvement (in ways of working) and project (automation) to better capture, track, maintain and analyse pricing data point along with its respective cost components

Requirements:

● Preferably at least 1 year experience in the same industry as part of the pricing team

● Minimum a year of supervisory or leadership experience

● Strong knowledge about groceries and fresh produce market trends

● Capacity to learn quickly and self motivation

● Strong analytical skills

● Comfortable with attention to detail

● Understanding of Cost Accounting and Statistics preferred
