Job description: SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region. We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.

We are looking for a Head of Corporate Finance/ Investor Relation that will be Responsible for planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. Not limited to obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance. Other key responsibilities will include:

• Fundraising and M&A process (due diligence/structuring, documentation and commercial negotiations).
• Investor relations (presentation to internal and external stakeholders).
• Business planning (financial modeling and FP&A) for different business units in the Company.
• Business development/strategy for new monetization models.Business development/strategy for new monetization models.
• Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances (analyzing potential risk that danger the business).
• Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economic, Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Professional finance and accounting designation
• 8+ years experience in a start up with similar roles, or investment banking/ consulting and VC/ PE funds.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

Director / Executive Accounting and Finance Venture Capital / VC 1 opening Bachelor’s degree graduate
