Responsibilities

• Being attuned to LingoAce’s brand strategy and becoming its champion
• Plan, manage, and prioritise multiple projects to deliver them on time
• Becoming the go-to role to ideate, craft and execute graphic design
• Becoming the expert in graphic design both for digital content as well as for offline marketing materials
• Fine-tune and finish final artwork with maximum precision, apply rigorous attention towards design details and final copy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of progressive graphic design experience
• Leadership experience in managing a group of graphic designers
• A strong portfolio of work in graphic design content
• Good aesthetic sense in typography, colours, and layout composition
• Organized with a clear ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Stay focused, positive and objective in a dynamic high-growth environment
• Able to adapt in fast pace and flexible working environment
