Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with KAM and brand’s WH stakeholder to arrange, plan and monitor stock
• Manage the sell in and sell out report
• Monitor the outbound stocks from sell out and/or return to WH, with end goal of ensuring missing stocks (usually due to 3pl lost and/or customer return) be spotted no later than 20 days since the lost
• File claim for missing stocks as described in previous point
• Cover 3PL/platform disputes and issues involving brand with assistance from KAM
• Responsible for accurate and on time checking of vendor’s invoice
• Responsible for accurate and on time issuance of client’s invoice
• Create PO and check the invoice of PO for retail clients
• Attends all questions from clients related to invoice

Who we look for – the ideal profile:

• 2-4 years experience, finance in logistic company is a plus
• Have accounting backgrounds
• Intermediate to advanced excel skill
• Has worked in a process driven environment is a plus
• Ability to take balanced decisions in challenging circumstances
• Good communication skill
• Able to work in fast pace
