You will be assisting the project team(s) in assigned administrative duties which may or may not be research-related to ensure client needs are fully met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in translation of new questionnaires and those with vernacular answers recorded by interviewers
• Assist in data extraction or charting after due briefing and clear instructions are given
• Assist in proof reading questionnaires, show cards and charts
• Prepare presentation charts and show cards using computer graphic package
• Assist in photocopying / printing / binding of reports and proposals
• Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
• Provide other administrative support to the assigned project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major from reputable University
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Entry level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies, also statistics and multivariate analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and/ or Google Spreadsheet & Slides
• Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia

This is a 1 year contractual Job
