Job description: Job Purpose :

To support product and project management functions in electronic channel products and services and enable bank to offer value-adding solution to customers

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategy and Planning

  • Collect and define business and customer needs through research and market data to build requirements in order to establish cash management products (e-Banking and Channel management) and solution proposition that adds value to customers.
  • Assess and prioritize product innovation and deliver an effective and efficient solution to address customer needs
  • Initiate and implement product enhancement projects and bugs fixing
  • Regularly communicate products through training to the Client Service, Implementation, Sales and Business Unit/Branches for new product features and processes.

2. Business Performance and Management

  • Identifying potential revenue from every cash management product, and monitor profitability and sales results of products in Cash Management to ensure ROI is achieved, working together with sales and business units
  • Monitor day-to-day administration and project governance process, and ensure the Project or Initiative can be delivered to respective unit in timely manner.
  • S1 – Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, IT
  • Risk Certification (BSMR) Min level 1, Project Management
  • 2 years experience in product management field
  • Work from Home

Mid-Senior Level / Manager Accounting and Finance Banking / Mortgage 1 opening Bachelor’s degree graduate
