Job description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the content team for curriculum content production (Aktiva Sekolah) and other ad hoc projects
• Coordinate with Subject Leads to manage tutors to meet productivity target and deadlines
• Ensure the production results meets quality requirement (based on QC rubrics)
• Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to ensure technical feasibility and all resources needed are available

• Previous project management experience desired
• Have technical and operational knowledge of LMS and content curriculum
• People person and problem solver
• Hustle and growth mindset
• Multitask whiz and data-driven
• Question everything and trust data as the foundation for changes
• Familiar with google sheet formulas, SQL, and data visualisation is a plus

Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Management and Consultancy E-Learning 1 opening Bachelor’s degree graduate
