Job description: Strategy team’s responsibility is to always thrive and drive business initiatives to ensure the company is moving in the right direction to achieve company’s goals. The strategy lead will be responsible to drive the sustainable growth of CoHive business through comprehensive, well-researched, and well-grounded strategies. Strategy lead takes initiative to scout out new opportunities for CoHive’s products and oversee special projects that work to improve the business operations. * Develop actionable strategies to drive business growth

• Search external data and conduct analysis to gain some business insights
• Build data structure of internal data
• Support strategic initiatives with conducting revenue projection, gap analysis, historical performance analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Prepare recommendations to be discussed with CEO and CCO
• Lead high impact initiatives

• Drive project management from planning to go-live
• Manage all stakeholders concerns and communicate the project status regularly
• Actively engage all Dept. Heads to identify opportunities to improve their business process
• Be a sounding board for and support executive communications to senior management and other key stakeholders

• Participate in monthly exco meeting with Landlords
• Translate the “helicopter view” directions into actionable and measurable plans for operations (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operation) team
• Adhocs

• CLM (Renewals, salvage, contracts dispute settlement, etc)
• Pricing guidelines and recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business, management, or finance required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy or investment banking
• Excellent with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Possess strong business acumen
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure and good at numbers
• Pleasant appearance and great at giving good impression
• Must possess good ability at working in a team
