Job description: As Associate Product Lead you’ll be playing a major part in solving the future of work innovation and help build a product that customers love. You will need to be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out the product that delivers the business vision and strategy. * Develop the site profitability strategy to improve profitability by collaborating with Corporate Finance Team to:

• Develop and assessment of pricing for core products, renewal, Build to Order/enterprise client, ancillary revenue and upcoming product;
• Manage the Customer Lifecycle Management to generate revenue through retention and growth of customer portfolio by:

• Monitoring the portfolio management process, strategy, executing and aligning them with business goals;­
• Getting involved on product development life cycle: customer research and analysis, creating requirements, testing, troubleshooting issues, what-if scenario analysis and creating Standard Operating Procedure;
• Identify product pain points for the business based on quantitative and qualitative data;
• Assist on product marketing strategies both for go-to market and existing product;
• Assessment of product end to end handling by:

• Owning user readiness for products seamlessness;
• Monitoring monthly marketing campaign a­nd sales performance and its achievement toward business objectives;
• Monitoring ongoing operations to maintain a quality user experience or driving continuous improvements for growth and customer retention;
• Able to prioritize team initiatives and remove friction across overall team tasks;
• Data analysis and reporting of existing of future product.

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Engineering from top local or overseas universities
• Min 2 years of experience in product management or related positions;
• Highly creative professionals with excellent analytical skills;
• Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress;
• Willing to put in the necessary hours and comfortable working in fast-paced environments;
• Advance in English both verbal and written.
