Job Description:

Reporting to Senior Manager, Accounting this position is responsible to manage overall finance and accounting function including:

• To approve daily accounting journal from payment system
• In charge for month end closing activities as scheduled by Regional Office
• To prepare financial reports on timely and accurate manner and in accordance with Corporate and local regulatory requirements
• To assist in completion of external financial audit and internal audit.
• Responsible for intercompany transaction booking and reconciliation with related party
• Responsible for expense accrual transaction booking and reconciliation
• Responsible for account set up in Sub Ledger and General Ledger
• Responsible for IFRS 16/PSAK 73 transaction and fixed asset listing
• To support IFRS 17 implementation and any other accounting system enhancement
• To manage and supervise accounting team

Preferred skills

• Having knowledge on IFRS 17 (PSAK 74) and good understanding of other IFRS and PSAK
• Experience in SUN GL, SAP, and Hyperion is preferable

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor degree in Accounting major (CA or CPA certification is preferable)
• Having 5 years working experience for life insurance company
• Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
