Job description:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including but not limited to, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
• Process outgoing payment; paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Process payable report, aging report, and vendor report
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

• Diploma to Bachelor degree in Economy
• At least 1 year of experience as Account Payable
• An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
• Able to interact on a professional manner at all times
