Job description: Responsibilities:

• Qualify and manage leads
• Follow up leads
• Create new initiatives to generate leads
• Develop a sales pipeline
• Convert the sales pipeline to opportunities
• Execute a GTM strategy
• Discover use cases
• Retain leads
• Cold call prospective customers
• Answer all the questions from a customer about products, process, and item’s availability
• Upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts
• Helpdesk

Criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Proven with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a Sales with a B2B brand.
• Tech background is preferred
• Fast learner and have a good product knowledge
• Willing to work under pressure, adapt well with a sales target, and a new business environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and good coordination skills.
• Build harmony and smoothness of work both with internal and external parties.
